The couplings are capable of transporting liquids,solids and gases,except liquid gas and steam

The Type E adapter is ordinarily used with a Type C coupler. However, this Type E adapter can be used with a Type B or D coupler as well as a DC (Dust Cap) of matching size.

To connect, slide the Type E Adapter into a Female Coupler and then close the two cam arms simultaneously.
To disconnect, lift up the cam lever handles and uncouple the two hose fittings. The adapter portion will couple with a Female Coupler.
The Hose Shank will install into to a Hose.
