Third, molding, this step of molding is crucial. Its difficulty lies in controlling the curvature of the curl and the length and tightness of the “ear”. The fourth part is “clamping the mother piece”. This process is mainly to fix an iron piece with a threaded buckle to the other end of the “ear”. This is the time to use the “foreshadowing” left by the original cutting piece. The V-shaped incision can ensure that the screw has a certain space to pass through the mother piece, and can also fix the mother piece. After such a few steps, a mini throat hoop is completed. However, most of the production is pipeline production and is not completed alone. Therefore, the several parts just mentioned are all condensed production steps of a throat hoop. Galvanizing or Polishing is required when everything is done, and after it is the complete finished product.
The main reason why it is called a mini hose clamps is that it is relatively small, and the general one is 34mm in diameter, which means that this hoop can fasten pipes with an outer diameter of 34mm at most.
