August of this year, our company organized a group PK activity. I remember that the last time was in August 2017. After four years, our enthusiasm remains unchanged.
Our purpose is not to win or lose, but to embody the following points
1. Purpose of PK:
1. Inject vitality into the enterprise
PK can effectively break the situation of “a pool of stagnant water” for enterprises. The introduction of PK culture will produce a “catfish effect” and activate the entire team.
2. Increase employee motivation.
PK can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and arouse their enthusiasm for work. The core of business management is how to stimulate team motivation.
And PK is one of the most effective means to stimulate team motivation.
3. Tap the potential of employees.
A good pk culture allows employees to work hard under pressure, stimulate their own potential and ignite their own hopes.

2. Improve team performance, through PK performance can be greatly improved.

4. Improving personal treatment, comparing before and after, wages have been steadily increasing.
The PK lasted for three months. During these three months, each of us has made 100% efforts, because it is not only related to individuals, but also represents the honor of the entire team.
Although we are divided into two groups, We are both TheOne Metal’s family members.,we are still a whole. We inevitably have differences and disputes. But in the end, the problems were solved one by one.
The final victory belonged to the group with the higher score, and the group that won Part of the bonuses obtained were used to invite all the colleagues of the company to have a dinner.
While celebrating the short victory, we also organized a team building activity, which made our team more and more united, growing stronger, and making the company more and more prosperous.
