Time flies like water, time flies like a shuttle, in the busy and fulfilling work, we ushered in another winter of 2021.

The workshop decomposes the company’s annual plan and monthly plan, and implements it every week.

The workshop further subdivides the weekly plan according to the production scheduling meeting and the actual situation of the workshop last week and this week,

and implements it to teams and individuals to make the production progress clearer .

In order to complete the production tasks with quality and quantity,

the front-line employees of the workshop often work overtime to catch up with the production tasks and actively overcome difficulties.

Although it has entered winter and the weather is getting colder and colder, the assembly workshop at night is still brightly lit, machines roaring, and busy. 

Looking back on 2021 and looking forward to 2022, in the face of the fastener industry market,

the company has adopted a series of active and effective marketing measures and introduced multiple automation equipment to greatly increase productivity and ensure the quality of goods.

Going forward after knowing the shortcomings, and moving forward without knowing enough, this is what we have to do.
