In production area ,there are three production lines in our workshop .It contains high torque pipe clamp line , light duty hose clamp line and stamping products line.In production ability, the number of high torque pipe clamps can reach 1.5million pcs per month.The light duty hose clamp is 4.0 million pcs per month. Then the stamping products is more than 1.0 million pcs per month. The shipment capacity is around 8-12 containers every month .
Different from other factories ‘ traditional single pass stampling equipments, we use consolidated process automatic equipments . we have 20 stamping equipments, 30 spot welding equipments,40 assembly equipments, 5 automatic equipments in our workshop .
In packing area ,there are different packages, include plastic bags, box (white box , brown box or color box, plastic box) and cartons . we also have own brand printing on the boxes and cartons .If you don’t have any special requirement on packing , we will use the package with our brand .
For the warehouse area , it is about 4000 square meters and two-tier shelves,it can hold 280 pallets (around 10 containers ), all the finished goods are waiting for shipping in this area .
